I have always loved anything beautiful which includes batiks and songkets. These materials somehow remind me of the black-and-white era, where women would drape themselves in the most beautiful batiks and songkets and paint their lucsious lips cherry red. Although times have changed, I always have that picture in my mind and the understanding that all women, irregardless of shapes and colours would always want to feel beautiful inside and out...
I have been promoting and selling batiks for quite some time and truly enjoy the great company of my regular customers. After much thought, consideration and most importantly the encouragement from both of my beloved parents, I dared myself to a new challenge, by launching IDILIA on July 26th 2008. Although it was a simple ceremony, but the support that I received from everyone on that day was a remarkable experience and there's no word that can describe my gratitude.
IDILIA offers a wide range of batik materials that come from Kelantan, while the songkets are from Terengganu. These batiks and songkets have definitely evolved to cater the modern sophisticated women of Malaysia. Lets hope that one day, IDILIA will expand its "passion fashion" to other exquisite materials...
